Refund & Cancellation Policy

* Welcome to Home Appliances Services. We provide independent home appliance repair and maintenance services in Delhi NCR. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how refunds, cancellations, and service charges are handled.

Service Inspection Charges

* A technician visit or inspection charge may apply when our technician visits your location for diagnosis or inspection of the appliance.
• Inspection charges are non-refundable once the technician visit has been completed.
• Charges will be communicated before service begins.

Service Cancellation

* Customers may cancel a service request before technician dispatch.
• If cancellation is made before technician dispatch, no cancellation fee may apply.
• If cancellation is made after technician dispatch or after technician arrival, a visit charge may be applicable.

Repair Service Refunds

* Once repair work has started and service has been completed:
• Service charges paid for completed repair work are generally non-refundable.
• Refund requests may be reviewed in exceptional situations on a case-by-case basis.

Spare Parts Replacement

* If spare parts are installed during repair:
• Charges for installed spare parts are non-refundable after installation. • If a defective replacement part is identified within the warranty period, replacement support may be provided according to warranty terms.

Warranty Related Service

* If repair service includes warranty coverage:
✔ Customers may request warranty support during the valid warranty period.
✔ Warranty applies only under the conditions communicated at the time of service.

Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC)

* For Annual Maintenance Contract plans:
• AMC fees once activated are generally non-refundable.
• Cancellation requests may be reviewed depending on service usage.

Refund Processing

* If a refund is approved:
✔ Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
✔ Processing time may take 5–10 business days depending on payment provider.
